This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4486-05-T-0028 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2005/09/01. This combined synopsis/solicitation is restricted to MAINLAND PORTUGAL AND ITS TERRITORIES. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 238910. Item/Services Description SEE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 15 SEPTEMBER 2005, 1430 AT BUILDING T-615 with a site visit of several locations to follow. Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price offer STATED IN EUROS. All quotations should be clearly marked with the offerors name and solicitation number.
