- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received from an interested party. NOTE: The RFQ due date remains unchanged. Q1. The solicitation indicated that the contract was a firm fixed price with travel as a cost reimbursable not to e xceed $65,000. However, in section 9 of the RFQ (p. 25 of 26), 'travel will be reimbursable, not to exceed $25,000'. What is the amount that travel should not exceed? A1. The correct Travel amount is $25,000. Q2. According to the section 'instructions to offerors & proposals submission' on p. 21 of 26, the technical volume should not exceed 20 pages; past performance should not exceed 10 pages; and resumes should not be longer than 3 pages each. This section i ndicated that past performance and resumes were part of the technical volume. As such, is the page limit for past performance and resumes part of the 20 page limit for the technical volume or are they separate volumes? A2. Past Performance should not exc eed 10 pages and the Technical should not exceed 20 pages. Q3. In what size font should the proposal be drafted? A3. 11-Font Q4. Regarding Past Performance, there was not a questionnaire included in the RFQ to be submitted to our references for comments. Does DIA have a specific questionnaire that we must use? If so, may we have a copy. Must Past performance questionnaires be sent to DIA prior to the proposal deadline or must they be included in the proposal? A4. Past performance will be submitted with the offerors proposal. All communications regarding this solicitation will be made with the Contract Specialist, Maria Hayes, or with the Contracting Officer, Austin J. Sansone. No contact will be made with the t echnical. There is no questionnaire - your references will be included with your past performance information Q5. Could you tell me if this is a new requirement or is there an incumbent already in place? A5. No incumbent.
