Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Wytornia-Sprzetu Komunikacyjnego ? PZL Swidnik S.A, AL Lotnikow Polskich 1, 21-045 Swidnik, Poland on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 10 ea Transmitter Bay Access Panel for the F-14, P/N: A51B18007-39, NSN: 1560-01-199-4494. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PZL- Swidnik S.A., which has demonstrated the capability to produce this item via award under a Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) contract. An additional 10 units are need to complete the production. The tooling for this production is already available at PZL-Swidnik S.A., which has been provided as an initial start up of the production. PZL-Swidnik S.A has either reworked, reproduce, or redefined the tooling to reproduce this part/NSN. Delivery is to take place at Commander Fighter Wing Atlantic, Hgr 50D, NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA 23460-5200 within 30 days after moditification of the award.
