Description
The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC extend the closing date to 2:00 pm 14 September 2005 Capabilities based document Change previous requirement to “or like capability”. These do not need to be this brand or model, but must be able to provide the same capabilities. •“Face-Badge” capability at buildings East Entrance. –Needs to have the ability to simultaneous display of face and identification badge. Needs to have capability to remotely adjust the camera to accommodate a person's height. –Two way communication is required. Intercom or telephone tie in are acceptable. •Remotely controlled entry for East Door. -Capability to “buzz” from the Command Post the East exterior doors. One button will control and unlock all four doors -Entry control buttons need to be run back to two (2) locations within the Command Post -Doors will be required to meet fire code and therefore both sets of doors will need motion detector request to exit (RTE) -Fire alarm relay in will be included in the price. •Keypad and Proximity card readers for both Command Post entry doors. –These will continue to use current electro-mechanical locking mechanism or like capability. –Put interlock in the entrapment area, so that both doors can’t be opened simultaneously. This is only a requirement for coming from the outside in. If the outer entrapment door is open, and someone comes from within the CP, it will be possible for both doors to be open. In other words, if someone is coming from outside of the CP, they can not be able to open the second door while the first door is open. •3 proximity card readers for 3 interior doors –These will use new mag-lock or electro-mech locks with push button request to exit (RTE) •Provide 250 Proximity cards –Must be capable of using existing “line badges”. ie they should be able to attach to current badges or be laminated in with the current DD form 1199A. •Command Post entry control database that can hold up to 500 persons with permissions for different areas within the CP •Use existing Camera controller, recorder and screens –The two cameras from the face-badge reader must be incorporated into and existing Pelco DV8000 recorder/controller. •Must use Rigid Metal Conduit within the CP •Entry Control system does not need to be a server based system. A stand-alone computer system is acceptable.
