Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract, to TUT Systems, 6000 SW Meadows Road, Suite 200, Lake Oswego, OR for acquisiotion of commercial, off the shelf test equipment in support of the DISN/GBS integration effort. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after the publication of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the Gevernment not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
