- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. NAICS is 541519. Size standard is $21,000,000.00. Request for Quotation Number is SPO71005Q0040. The Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213-1199 intends to procure Maximo Software License (Serial Number LEN806984). Must be able to acquire Maintenance/Support for Maximo Version 4.03 to include upgrade assurance, patches/fixes for version 4.03 and telephone support. Period of performance: 1 Oct 05 to 30 Sep 06. FOB point shall be destination. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.2 12-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000, and with their offer.
