Description

Under the authority of FAR 6, subpart 6.302-5(b) 7, the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, intends to award a sole source contract to K&R Consulting Inc. 203 Plum Orchard Way, Woodstock, GA. K&R will provide informatics cell phone tracking system for VISN 7 to include design, develop, and implement an automated browser-based document management system for cataloging, storing, and receiving inventory information and tracking and managing area and user accounts. The system will accept multi-media input from service-providers in the form of electronic and paper files. The Period of Performance will be September 27, 2005 through December 27, 2005. The NAICS Code is 541519 with a size standard of $12 million. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. The VA will award a sole source contract to K&R Consulting Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantages to the Government. Responses must be received no later than September 16, 2005.
