Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request number is F2XTB95229A400 as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 (26 Aug 2005) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20050726. It is the offeror?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is for the purchase of the following items: CLIN 0001: E-Z-GO Utility Cart, MPT 1200G Gasoline, P/N 76198G01 CLIN 0002: Brake Lights, P/N 74668GXX CLIN 0003: Headlights/Tail Lights, P/N 70762G01 CLIN 0004: Hitch Trailer Receiver, P/N 74270G11 CLIN 0005: Hour Meter (Gas), P/N 75114G01 CLIN 0006: Low Oil Indicator/Fuel Analog Gauge, P/N 71121G16 CLIN 0007: Turn Signals w/ 4 Way Flasher, P/N 750107G01 CLIN 0008: Curtis Cab w/o Doors, White, P/N 75854G02 CILN 0009: Door Set-Vinyl (White), P/N 75855G02 CLIN 0010: Mirror-Rear View, P/N 19528G2 This requirement is currently unfunded, FAR 52.212-18, availability of funds applies. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 423860 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Item (Jan 2005) and 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals (Oct 1997) applies to this acquisition. Submit signed and dated quotes on company letterhead. The Government will make an award to the lowest priced, responsible, contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database and Wide Area Workflow. Offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications system at http://orca.bpn.gov) according to FAR 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications (Jan 2005) and provide a completed DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-Balance of Payment Program Certificate (Apr 2003) with the quote.
