Description

INTENT TO AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH GRAY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE EQUIPMENT. The Air Force, Andrews Air Force Base, MD intends to award a sole source purchase order to Gray Professional Service Equipment, 3501 South Leonard Road, St. Joseph, MO 64502, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (award will be more than $100,000). This requirement is for a wireless portable lift system capable of lifting 96,000 lbs with electric/hydraulic rechargeable 12-volt battery operated system handling 13? to 24.5? tires, 67? maximum lift height, dedicated wireless communication which maintains synchronization with digital RF technology, and portable DC power which eliminates high-voltage requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide this wireless portable lift system. Such information should include cost proposal information for providing this wireless portable lift system. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements required in this synopsis.
