- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Datong Electronics Inc. 4451 Brookfield Corporate Drive Suite 111, Chantilly , VA 20151 for the purchase of following items: 001: Way Point Tracking System w/ Beacon & PDA w/mapping software PN: 90-WR142-0000 Qty 2 each 002: GB342 BEACON w/Battery pack PN#90-GB342-0001B Qty 4 each 003: DF12 RF & GPS Tracking System PN: DF12-1A qty 1 each. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALEN T PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Ms. Donna L.
