Description

The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for MAXIMO maintenance support plan for license number LEN804746-05 for 1 year. MAXIMO premium support as identified in the Department of the Interior's plan. The performance for this contract shall commence on October 1, 2005 and continue through September 30, 2006. The annual maintenance for the MAXIMO software consists of 365 days per year of technical support including, but not limited to, unlimited phone support, releases, patches necessary to keep downtime to a minimum, and upgrades as they become available. The annual maintenance support includes the latest releases of MAXIMO software enterprise software and unlimited telephone and technical support. The software must be compatible with what the Bureau of Reclamation has. MAXIMO enterprise annual customer support plan (475 Seats) Crystal integration annual customer support plan Work Manager annual customer support plan (165 Seats) Scheduler annual customer support plan (10 Seats) Responses should include the firm's business size [e.g. small business, other than small business] in accordance with the size standard: $21 Mil. for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541511. The RFQ will be available electronically on the Department of Interior (DOI), National Business Center (NBC) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov approximately 9/15/2005.
