Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number RFQ-06-014 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 812930 and the size standard is $6.0. The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has a requirement for ten (10) parking spaces for the period October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. The contractor shall provide indoor parking spaces that have the following features: 24 Hour Access; 24 Hour Security; Parking location should be within close physical proximity, one block, to the office to enable quick accessibility and response to emergency situations; Assigned spaces; Keys will not be left with attendants (due to the sensitive equipment installed in law enforcement vehicles); Vehicles will be locked at all times; Vehicles cannot be double parked as this could cause unknown delays exiting the facility and unauthorized access to vehicles by attendants. The parking boundaries required are within a two-block radius of 1125 15th Street, NW, Washington DC. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price.
