- Description
- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) intends to award a Purchase Order for the supply and maintenance of Interior Potted Plants for an Initial one-year period and two (2) optional one-year periods. Plants are located at the following NIEHS campus sites: South Campus, 111 T.W. Alexander Dr., Research Triangle Park, NC 27709; East Campus, 79 T.W. Alexander Dr., Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 and Nottingham Hall, 4505 Emperor Blvd., Durham, NC 27703. This is a firm fixed price requirement and will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Simplified Acquisition procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFQ package - DLV50268 - will be issued on or about 9/20/05 and will be due on or about 9/28/05. Requests for the RFQ package should be sent to the attention of Dee Lunney via FAX (919) 541-5117 or USPS to NIEHS, P.O. Box 12874, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709. No telephone requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. The NAICS Code/Size is 561730/$6.0M. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold of $100,000.
