Description

The VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428, has an emergency requirement to repair the hydraulic jack-piston unit, pumping unit and all associated piping, valves and regulators in order to put the elevator in building 315 back into full and safe working order. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 811310, the size standard is $6 mill. This procurement is unrestricted. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is due by 3:00 PM, September 23, 2005. Interested parites must e-mail or fax requests for copies of the solicitation to the Contracting Officer listed. Phone requests will not be accepted.
