Description: The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY is seeking to contract with local established hospitals, ambulatory care facilities and/or practice groups in Bainbridge/Sidney, New York area who have the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality primary care medical services. These services shall be provided to veteran beneficiaries residing in Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties. The offeror/basic provider shall provide complete primary care services in a private hospital or clinic environment. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be available electronically on 9/19/05.
