- IT Maintenance and Repair General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: FA7012-05-T-0096 Classification Code: J070 Set Aside: Total Small Business NAICS Code: 811212 Contracting Office: Department of the Air Force, Direct Reporting Units, 11th CONS, 110 Luke Avenue (Bldg 5681) Suite 200, Bolling AFB, DC, 20032-0305 Description: The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for a newly identified contract requirement to maintain, test and repair, as needed, computer equipment and peripherals, to include microcomputers, printers, monitors, and data terminals, at the following locations: Pentagon, Bolling AFB D.C., Arlington VA, Crystal City VA, and Roslyn VA. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other services necessary to respond to all service calls and perform troubleshooting and maintenance as identified in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811212 and the business size standard is $21 Million. Contractor shall be available to respond to service calls for the period of performance of 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. This will be a competitive, best value solicitation. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on 14 September 2005, http://www.eps.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. NOTE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. Prospective offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
