- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to The Zoldak Group Inc., The procurement consist Contractor support to facilitate a system assessment study to identify opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of the collection and analysis of data relating to occupational safety and health, explosive safety, facilities management, geographic information system (GIS) and work order processing with NSWC current FMA System which Zoldak Group has proprietary rights. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 541690. The FSC code is R421. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
