- FISC-Seal Beach Det intends to procure on a sole source requirement for Primary Rate Interface PRI services with Pacific Bell CAGE 0HEW7. The PRI services are delivered over DS3 high speed data circuits currently in place at NAS Lemoore, CA. Complete description will be furnished with the RFQ. The requirement is for a base period of 12 months with two-one year option periods. The requirement will be unrestricted. The NACIS code is 517110. Solicitation N00244-05-T-0679 will be posted to www.neco.navy.mil on or about 14 September 2005. NOTE 22.
