Description: The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a contract modification to EMCUBE, Inc., 4900 Seminary Road, Suite 360, Alexandria, VA 22311. The Contractor shall support the preparation of the Organizational Value and Organizational Structure portions of the Human Capital Management Strategic Plan. This effort is continuation of services begun under an existing contract. EMCUBE is the only source capable of providing this effort which is inextricably linked to the effort already begun under the contract. See Note 22!!
