Description: This procurement provides for production of one Ohio Class SSGN Multiple All-Up-Round (MAC) canister, associated hardware, and requisite support for the SSGN 729 conversion, training systems, associated training unique equipments, and training materials. Negotiations will be conducted with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Marine Systems, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division, P.O. Box 3499, 401 E. Hendy Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94088, the only contractor, with the specialized experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary for contract performance. The place of performance will be Sunnyvale, CA. This requirement is not set-aside. See Note 22.
