Description

Notice to negotiate with Harris Corporation, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY negotiate a five year follow on production contract with options with a ceiling of $300M for the AN/PRC 150, Tactical radio with U.S. Type 1 voice and data encryption, Engineering Services, related spares and other variants under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1)) (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency's Needs). The Harris Corporation is the original manufacturer and the only source with the technical ability to produce, maintain (provide spares and logistics support, etc.), for the AN/PRC-150. This notice is not a request for proposal and may constitute the only official notice of this action. See numbered note 22. ALL QUESTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED VIA E-MAIL.
