Description

This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide telephone and telecommunications supplies and services to include telephone and other communications services tool control with PIN, monthly local service per month for 26 lines, mon thly long distance charges for 28 lines, and monthly cellular service for 2 cellular telephones for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command in American Samoa. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 16 September 2005. Response date a bove is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 23 September 2005. Period of performance is 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006 with 2 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procu rement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average number of employees for the past 12 months do not exceed 1,500. NAICS 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORE D. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is American Samoa Telecommunications Authority.
