- The Clinical Center is a clinical research hospital providing all medical services for subjects participating in human research protocols at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The Clinical Center (CC) provides patient facilities; and services for clinical investigations conducted by the NIH institutes, research in related areas; and supervise residency and other training programs. The Clinical Center, Department of Clinical Research Informatics? Technical Operations Section (DCRI-TO) is responsible for the monitoring of all IT systems supporting the CC, including but not limited to, the current Clinical Research Information System (CRIS), the Laboratory Information System, Softmed, and the Clinical Data Repository. The CC has a significant investment in the CA Unicenter monitoring solution. The purpose of this statement of work is to provide services to install the CA Unicenter Agent and configure the agents for monitoring the steady state and performance of the 78 Clinical servers. All services will be performed at one (1) site. Any personal data collected and/or used under this contract is subject to the Privacy Act Clause (FAR 52.224-2). The Contractor will use any Privacy Act information provided by the Government or other Government contractors for the purposes authorized by this contract only and for no other. The Contractor will not provide the information to any other person or entity, unless explicitly directed. Each person providing service under this proposal will be required to sign a document of understanding stating that he/she understands and will comply with Privacy Act requirements. The Contractor shall meet with the DCRI Technical manager on a weekly basis providing him/her with the SOW status and monitor the performance and progress of the specific tasks. The contractor will provide weekly Progress Reports shall include the Task information and other pertinent information in report form. These reports shall address progress against the Task accomplishments, problems encountered and actions taken, open issues and recommended solutions, plans for the next monthly reporting period.
