- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 9 Contracting Office, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is issuing a solicitation as a Sole Source procurement from Medtronic Cardiac Surgery, 7601 Northland Dr., Brooklyn Park, MN 55428 to provide the Maxpac Total System that is compatible to the Medtronic Bypass machine.
