Description

This notice is hereby cancelled in its entirety. Please reference new Solicitation Number: FA4600-05-R-0049. Offutt AFB requires the following service(s): Base Dry Cleaning Service. The RFP Number is FA4600-05-R-0049. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the Dry Cleaning of Base Laundry at Offutt AFB, Nebraska as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). A request for proposal is attached to this notice. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The proposed contract shall have a 1 year basic period, starting 01 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006, plus two, one-year options. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website, which is at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. Proposals are due NLT 12:00 PM CST on Monday, 26 Sep 05. Contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov, as well as register with Online Representations & Certifications (ORCA), www.bpn.gov, prior to award of any Government contract.
