- This COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION constitutes the only solicitation; open market quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. **This is a Small Business Set-Aside ACC Contracting Squadron, LAFB, VA requests that vendors provide a ?Brand Name or Equal? quote for the following: CLIN 0001: SV-500 - StarView 500 Traveling Star Pro XL Color Videophone (Features: Global Connectivity, Standard Phone Line Connectivity, Real Time Video, Compact and Lightweight, Hands Free Operation Capability) CLIN 0002: Applicable shipping/handling costs Vendors bidding on ?equivalents? must ensure that the videophones do not have features that inhibit compatibility with existing videophones. The videophones cannot require special phone lines; they must plug into any standard phone line, and they must have global connectivity. Qty: 11 Delivery: Two (2) to each of the following: 9 ASOS/CCF West Fort Hood, Texas; 11 ASOS Fort Hood, Texas; 10 ASOS/CCF Fort Riley, Kansas; 1 ASOG/CCF Fort Lewis, Washington; 20MSS/DPF Shaw AFB, SC One (1) to: 49 MSS/DPF Holloman AFB, NM The Government will award a contract to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offeror.
