Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a Solicitation for Ground Maintenance for the following installations: Fort Myers and Fort McNair. The works consist of trimming, edging, a nd cutting grass, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contract period of performance will be date of award through September 30, 2006 with three (3) option years. The solicitation will be available on or about October 3, 2005. This proposed solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set aside. The NAICS is 561730 and the size standard is $6.0 million. Prospective offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractors Register (CCR) database prior to award of the government contract. Off erors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for award. All interested sources are responsible for frequent review of the ASFI/FedBizOpps websites to ensure that they are kept current on any applic able documents added after the solicitation is issued, no hard copy will be issued for this solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 3, 2005 and can be accessed at the ASFI/FedBizOpps website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi.
