- Description
- The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source, intends to contract on a sole source basis to EDO Communications and Countermeasures Systems Inc., Thousand Oaks Calif ornia to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the maintenance of Warlock Red and Warlock Green Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) Devices. The CLS services are for the currently fielded Warlock Red and Warlock Green systems in Operation Ir aqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and those to be fielded within the next year. The planned support will include Field Service Support and in theater Installation, CONUS Depot Support Services including Repair and Return, Field Spares , Depot lay-in stock, System Training, SW Support, Configuration Management, Obsolescence Management, Test support, Product Performance Improvement (PPI), and Shipping and Tracking services. The duration of the planned sole source contract action to EDO Communications and Countermeasure Systems Inc. is five years. The contract type envisioned is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs for Spares, a nd Time and Material (T&M) CLINs for services.
