Description

The Dept of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for (2) Terumo System 1 Advanced Perfusion system, a Heart-Lung Bypass machine that will replace an existing Sarns Model 9000 MDX S/N 1088 located at Tripler A rmy Medical Center. The perfusion system shall include a 12 months warranty covering all repairs, parts and labor, Biomed training for (2) at contractors facility, and on-site training for users. Delivery is FOB Origin, Bldg 161, Upper Level, Tripler AMC HI 96859. This a Firm Fixed-Price contract for commercial items.
