Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement for fuel delivery at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, Princeton, Oregon (eastern Oregon).. The Service intends to award a contract based on delivery price to the contractor able to provide the service.
