Description: Tricare Management Activity has a requirement for the continuing development of a proprietary financial management software system. This requirement is being issued by Gov.Works under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the TRICARE in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mill Street Software for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Mill Street Software employees the creator and lead developer of the financial management software system. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
