- The purpose of this modification is to provide updated information for requesting badges. All Badge requests must be submitted to the LOGIR Project Office for those parties who do not already have access to the Naval Air Warfare Center, China Lake. Requests are not to be submitted directly to China Lake Security. The following information must be provided for each participant requiring a badge for LOGIR Day access, Company Name, Given Name of Visitor(s), Social Security Number, and Citizenship. Submit information to Ellen Hinman, email address ellen.hinman@navy.mil and phone number 760-939-1590, DSN 437-1590. The date for submission of the information is extended to COB 19 September 2005.
