- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the repair of 49 Laser Rod Crystals, P/N: 60511266-1 applicable to the LANTIRN Targeting Pod. The proposed requirement is for the purchase which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Litton Laser Systems, CAGE 34860. There is no data available for competition on this item. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The approximate issue date will be 15 days after posting with the approximate response date 30 days following. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-MAY-2005).
