Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SP4700-05-T-0099 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Acquisition of Commercial Items; (FAC 2005-05); 27 July 2005. This solicitation is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 423430 , size standard is $21M. No telephone inquiries/responses will be accepted. Contract Line Items and Description of requirement are as follows: 30,000 eTrust Siteminder Users P/N ETRSB399000, one (1) eTrust Siteminder Environment (2 students) P/N ETW835 , (1) one eTrust 6.0 Combo (2 students) P/N ET775 All authorized resellers are welcome submit quotes. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Contract award based on lowest price technically acceptable. (3) As used in this clause, records include books, documents, accounting procedures and practices, and other data, regardless of type and regardless of form.
