Description: 1. C.2.1: What is the mix of news and feature programming content expected to be? Is it 50% news content, 50% feature programming content? (Your choice 50/ 50 would be good.) 2. C.2.2: For the twenty to thirty minute broadcast in each language, are the program segments intended to be edited content from the territory or programs in their entirety? (Programs in there entirety.) 3. C.4: As to the offeror providing over the Internet through video streaming, 24/7 one of the broadcast channels, please define which broadcast channel is being sought for this purpose? (The 20 languages will be stipulated by the customer.) 4. C.5: For the satellite transmission broadcast, will the offeror have access to secure government satellite time or will this time be acquired by the offeror? (The offeror.) 5. C.5: As to the satellite transmission broadcast, what are the time frames when this will be transmitted to the end-user? (The time frames are up to you as long as you meet the goal of (1) 20 to 30 minute broadcast in each language (43) everyday, seven days per week.)
