Description

Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the purchase of the T/Mon Slim, 1 RU device that operates as a regional monitoring/management system; NetGuardian D-PK-NETGD-12041 monitoring devices that takes in 32 discrete, 8 analog alarms and reports them to a SNMP manager (the T/Mon Slim) over IP; NetGuardian D-PK-NETGC-12005 monitoring devices that takes in 16 discrete, analog alarms and reports them to a SNMP manager (T/Mon Slim) over IP; Analog temperature/humidity sensors; and 9VDC wall transformers to Digital Prototype Systems Inc. dba DPS Telecom, 4955 E. Yale Ave., Fresno, California 93727-1523. DITCO-PAC intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Digital Prototype Systems Inc. dba DPS Telecom is the manufacturer and only distributor of the equipment.
