Description: Special notice to award a sole source contract to Information Engineering Technology (IET) Limited, Duckmead Housefarleigh Wick Bradford on Avon GBR BA15-2PU. The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) requires software maintenance and silver support for GuardIEN Software. DRMS requires this support for 50 users + XOS. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to IET as they are the owner of the software and is the only source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by close of business September 23, 2005.
