Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, Michigan is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, maintenance and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment (including mobile trailer/unit), specialized staff, training, required supplies, and medications/drugs necessary to perform Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) services for the VAAAHS. Services shall be performed each Thursday with a minimum of eight (8) hours per day as further defined in the specifications. Services shall commence on or about January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 with two one year option renewal periods, exercised at the Government?s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price and procurement is 100% unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers, size $11.5 million applies. Solicitation will be available on or about October 4, 2005 to interested parties through electronic data interchange at the following URL?S: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ for downloading FREE of charge. Hard copy requests must be made in writing submitted to Brenda Johnson at the above address. No telephone requests will be accepted.
