Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered FC460052580060. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333924 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The government intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for an Bobcat Toolcat 5600 Turbo Work Machine, based on the availability of funds.
