Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20050901. This acquisition is a small business set aside. NAICS is 333921 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation is for commercial purchase of: QTY Part Number/Model 1 Portable Wheelchair Lift Description: The portable wheelchair lift must meet the following minimum requirements: - must be no larger than 48? wide by 60? high by 60? long in the closed position for storage and transport - must have solid side walls and gate - can be used outdoors safely - requires no installation, and can be used without preparation time before an event - must use a standard wall outlet for electricity - requires less than 6' of clearance to be used - lowers flat with the floor for entry onto the lift - must roll on it's own wheels - must be able to be operated from inside and outside the car - must have a docking plate for the gap between the lift and the stage - must be able to fit through a 36" doorway as is or must be collapsible to fit through a 36? doorway - the minimum lifting capacity is 750 lbs - must raise to a 5' stage Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Edwards AFB, CA 93524.
