Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Synopsis/Solicitation FA8751-06-Q-0014 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Price type contract, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Fac 2005-05, Effective 26 Aug 2005 and DFARS Change Notice DCN 20050901 Edition. Additional information may be obtained at the FedBizOpps. See http://farsite.hill.af.mil for the full text of all provisions and clauses incorporated by reference herein. The NAICS code 454311 ? (HEATING OIL DEALERS) for this acquisition. Please see attached Requirements Page dated 25 June 2005, and fill out the attached bid schedule. The fuel will be delivered in and around ONEIDA COUNTY, New York. Exact addresses will be sent to winning contractor. The following paragraphs are added to 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies. If you choose not to use the attached bid schedule, you are cautioned to complete and provide with your proposal all the data requested by FAR 52.212-1.
