Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source. The following applies: disassemble and reassemble one Spacesaver Electronic Records Storage System, repair moveable carriage control head, disassemble and reassemble fencing of storage area and make necessary adjustments to ensure equipment operation and perform any other required function or repair to bring the movable shelving units up to manufacture standards-Spacesaver Concept Inc. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $28,500,000. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Responses to this notice must be submitted within three days after this electronic posting.
