Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-05-Q-0052 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation and incorportated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05 -05. CLIN 0001: Hose, Supply; Double Jacket, Large Diameter, Five (5) inch, Cirular woven polyester; flexible to minus sixty (60) degrees F, with Storz connections. Fifty (50) foot sections. Darley P/N BB11050 or equal. Qty 24 each. CLIN 0002: Hose, Supply; Double Jacket, Large Diameter, Five (5) inch, Cirular woven polyester; flexible to minus sixty (60) degrees F, with Storz connections. Twenty-five (25) foot sections. Darley P/N BB11025 or equal. Qty 10 each. Fob: Destination. Items to be de livered to the Nebraska Air National Guard, 2420 W Butler Ave, Lincoln NE 68524. Or equal quotations require desciptive literature and specifications for consideration. Quotes may be either faxed to CMSgt Randy Hansen at (402) 309-7549 or emailed to ran dall.l.hansen@ne.ngb.army.mil. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date of September 26, 2005. If not registered or active by that date, vendor quote will be consi dered non-responsive. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
