There is no solicitation number, for reference use W81GNN5274N016. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence & Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA. 22060 is soliciting a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5) with Intelligent Results, Inc., 10500 NE 8th Street, Suite 200, Bellevue, WA. , 98004-4345.
