Description
OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, and SECURED PARKING needed in Canon City, Colorado. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 18,800 rentable square feet of office, 10,300 rentable sf of warehouse space, 60,000 sf of secured wareyard along with 78 employee parking spaces and 22 visitor parking spaces (which includes 4 RV spaces) in Canon City, Colorado. The space/site must be located within the city limits of Canon City or up to one mile east or west of the city limits and no more than 1 mile north or south of Hwy 50. The lease term will be 20 years, 15 years firm term. The space offered must meet ADA & UFAS guidelines and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100-year flood zone.
