Description

This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. NUWC Division Newport intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Tactical Defense Systems, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The BOA will cover issuance of priced and unpriced orders for services related to the TRIDENT Data Processing Subsystem (DPS) Program. The BOA term will be three year(s) from the date of award. This is a follow-on to NUWC BOA N66604-02-G-5051.
