Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 (a). The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: Copper Bestserv Maintenance with proactive battery replacement on 62 units - (17) 850's; (12) 1.4KVA; (14) 2.1KVA; (7) 3.1KVA; (8) 7KVA; (2) 2.1K0; and 2 FER7K's. Additionally, Bronz Bestserv Maintenance with proactive battery replacement on (10) Axium units. The FAR provisions at 52.212.1 pertain. The FAR clauses 52.212.4 and 52.212-5 pertain. This is an all or none request for offers reflecting quarterly billing. Offers will be accepted via e-mail prior to COB 26 Sep 2005. No phone calls please.
