- INFORMATION The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA., intends to purchase frame assemblies. This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to Precision Aerospace Corp. for Frame Assmblies for the Javelin Advanced Anti-tank Surface to Surface Weapon. Interested persons may identity their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 5 days afrer date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
