- NAICS Code: 541511 This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to TRC Environmental for ongoing expertise support for Air Facility System (AFS); National Reporting of Air Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Data. AFS database is a mainframe computer system designed and developed by TRC in 1989 and trained AFS help line personnel. AFS is written in ADABAS and Natural, two mainframe languages using COBOL for some applications and to operate with ADABAS relational data management database. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because TRC Environmental is the only known source for this ongoing support. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
