Description

The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 5,100 rentable sq. ft in Sioux Falls, South Dakota within the following designated area: North ? West 4th Street, South ? West 14th Street, East ? Cliff Avenue., West ? Minnesota Ave. The space should yield between 4,437 to 4,659 BOMA usable sq. ft. Secured Structured Parking is required for 12 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space should not be located on the first/ground floor. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 4, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Proposed new construction will be considered, however the site must allow for a minimum 50 foot setback from all property boundaries. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a Flood Plain.
